  • Pacific Island Village 1 - Community Information

    Pacific Island Village 1 is located at the southern end of the City of Laguna Niguel, poised at the crossroads of Dana Point and Monarch Beach. Built on twenty-five acres in the mid-sixties by famed architect Edward H. Fickett, PIV1 is a mid-century dream of California modern. Most are single-story homes with several two-story, two to four bedrooms, nestled in the San Juan Hills with unbelievable views of the Pacific coastline from Dana Point to Point Loma in San Diego. The surrounding hills are filled with lush southern California native vegetation. PIV1 offers a large community pool and clubhouse fostering community activities among all ages, as PIV1 has no age restrictions. Fickett’s vision was to create “distinctive intimacy” which the variety of styles of PIV1 homes, all with fireplaces, offering large glass walls of windows to capture the cool ocean breezes for which California coastal living is known.

  • Automatic Payment - Free Recurring ACH Signup

    Seabreeze Management offers a FREE recurring automatic payment program which authorizes the association to debit your monthly assessment from the bank account of your choice. The payment will be processed on (or after) the 10th of each month. This will ensure that your payment is always made on time. To register, you will need your new Seabreeze Management account number and create an account on CommArea.
